Penguin of the Month!

Every month on the last Friday, I will post in this page the penguin of the month.

I will be judging on:
- How frequently this penguin comments.
- How nice this person has been in that month.
- I will also be rating their site [not often]

Note 1: To be penguin of the month, it all depends on that month, for example, If you were a total jerk to me the month before, and the next month you were totally nice, I will judge you on that month, no the last one.

Note 2: A penguin may be repeated, for example, If example123 was penguin of the month this month, he could be it the next month too.

Note 3: The penguin of the month will have the link to his site on a widget for that week. He will also be on my blogroll for that month.
